Most importantly, Alice and Andre are both great hosts. They always responded so quickly and accurately to me. Also after a massive snow fall, Andre kindly helped us to go out inspire of the fact that it was in the early morning though.

Alice and Andre are very reliable.
If someone is looking for a lodge in Madarao, I strongly strongly recommend the lodge.

The attention to detail was superb From the bedding, toiletries in the shower, all of the kitchen pots & pans & gadgets you need, beautiful dishes. Just 5 min walk to the lift #1 at madarao. Easy access to the lodge by keypad PIN code. Andre & Alice respond quickly & attentively to email & provide phone no. If you want to call them. I did not need to use their phone no. As they responded quickly to air bnb app communication. They even helped us find a great ski school (Aki) since the madarao school was fully booked! Speaking of Aki! He was also top notch! His place Aki’s burgers/ski school & backcountry tours has AMAZING pizza! And just like andre & Alice, Aki goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect
